10 Things You Didn't Know About Justin Bieber

There are many things you know about Justin: he was a child YouTube star who made it big, he loves his little siblings, he had a tumultuous relationship with Selena Gomez (#NeverForget) and uh, he’s everyone’s (not-so) secret fave. But often it’s easy to forget that the people we see on screens and in magazines and on social media are usually only fractions of the whole picture.

1. He loves onesies.

In fact, he once came "draped head to toe in a cherry-red jumper whose only point of entry and exit is a blindingly bright white zipper” for a photo shoot with The Hollywood Reporter. Now the only question is: does he sleep in them, too?

2. He once lived in Britney Spears’ former L.A. home, but now lives in a hotel

Following in the footsteps of pop legends before him, he’s some seriously famous digs. (Wonder how he’s redecorated!)

3. His mentor is Will Smith. According to Will, they speak once a week.

Now, this may seem unlikely, but his mentor is not another musician, but one of Hollywood’s greatest (and most famous) actors! Who knows how the two got connected, but clearly they have a lot in common. We’re assuming Will encourages him to always be true to himself (if his parenting is any indication!)

4 He loves his fans so much, he says all his fans are his girlfriends.

5. He’s a big fan of Twitter and loves to interact with his fans. In fact, right after he tweets, he immediately checks to see who replied to it first.

6. His celebrity crush is Beyonce. “I met her at the VMAs,” Justin says. “I went up to her, said ‘I love your music,’ and she said, ‘Aw, you’re so cute.’ She’s gorgeous!”

7. Justin has Kim Kardashian on speed-dial! And he also said: “I have her on BlackBerry Messenger and we talk all the time.”

10. He has several tattoos including an owl and the word “Believe” on his left arm, a crown and Roman numerals on his chest, a bird on his hip, and Jesus tattoos on ribcage and his left calf.
